Eugenia R. Gardner, PhD is currently President and CEO of CommunisPR.  Most recently, she served as the Director of Communications and Investor Services for the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation. Previously, she worked as the Director of Marketing for Headquarters, Air Force Space Command for the U.S. Air Force.  Dr. Gardner has also served as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Tuskegee University. She has extensive experience in managing public affairs, marketing, communications and development affairs for public and private organizations. Dr. Gardner has worked as a public affairs manager for Intel Corporation and the Intel Foundation and has served as the Director of Public Affairs for the city of Colorado Springs and the city of Cincinnati.

She is a recipient of a U.S. Air Force Civilian Achievement Medal.  Dr. Gardner holds a Ph.D. in public policy from Union Institute and University.  She volunteers with the Center for Digital Storytelling, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, and the Boys and Girls Club of Washington DC.  She is married to Colonel Elvert L. Gardner (USAF).
